To create this mouth-watering gin, Sipsmith first distil their award-winning London Dry Gin in their copper still. They then leave it to rest on wild sloe berries, hand-picked in the autumn. The result is a truly handmade sloe gin that is subtle, complex and bursting with flavour. Fantastic with any cheese board, added to a good sparkling wine or sipped on its own, this gin opens with gorgeous redcurrant and ripe winter fruits, with stone-fruit almond tones for a mellow touch.
